Two Partner Programs to Choose From

Referral Program

This works well when the partner may not have the skills or staff to provide the support services. In this case Titan provides all the necessary support services to manage and support your client’s backup needs and the partner receives a commission.

  1. Referral Partner provides referrals and provides introduction.
  2. Titan Data Services provides all equipment (backup appliance(s)), startup and configuration services.
  3. Titan Data provides necessary equipment and services to perform an initial storage analysis service to better understand the prospects backup needs and provide a better cost estimate.
  4. Titan Data provides seed processing services including the transportation of all seed media.
  5. Titan Data provides billing services directly to partner clients on a monthly basis.
  6. Titan Data provides 24 x 7 first level support services directly to partner clients.
  7. Titan Data provides setup and maintenance of all backup jobs.
  8. Titan Data maintains all software upgrades to core components of all AssureVault-supplied backup appliances.
  9. Referral Partner is paid a monthly commission of 10% of all storage related sales as outlined in Attachment Partner also has the option to receive a one-time annual payment based on the client’s first month of storage sales. “Storage Sales” is defined as the total amount of compressed and de-duplicated storage being maintained on Titan Data’s primary server farm and backup appliance. There are five tiers (types) of storage, each with its own price structure:
    Online storage for mission critical server-based backups. Primary and replication copy maintained in Titan Data’s data centers.
    Local only Storage – backup data stored on the backup appliance
    Archive Storage – for low reference and long term compliance data. Please contact Titan for additional information.
    Mobile – for laptop, workstation and end point devices (Windows, Android and IOS).
    DR Site Storage – maintains copies of customer VM systems that can started and maintained during a disaster recovery incident.
  1. In addition there are onetime costs for the following. These costs are outlined below.
    • Backup Appliance – if purchased. They can also be rented on a monthly basis with a one year minimum.
    • Onsite installation and configuration
  2. The Referral Partner also has access to our DR Hot Site facility and services. The fees for these services are outlined below.

The partner also has access to our Disaster Recovery Hot Site facility and services. The fees for these services are outlined below.

VAR Program

Our “VAR” program allows the partner to be engaged in all aspects of the service including sales, startup and ongoing support. In this case Titan provides sales and sales support, and second level of support services. Titan becomes the “back-office” while the partner provides the primary interface.

  1. VAR Partner engages their client offering the BURR set of services.
  2. VAR Partner may optionally provide all equipment (backup appliance(s)), startup and configuration services. All partner-supplied equipment must meet Titan Data Services specifications.
  3. Partner is responsible for providing first level of support services.
  4. Titan Data provides second level of support services to either partner or partner clients.
  5. Titan Data provides seed backup processing services.
  6. Titan Data makes available to the partner the necessary equipment and services to perform an initial storage analysis service to better understand the prospects backup needs and provide a better cost estimate.
  7. Titan Data invoices partner directly on a monthly basis.
  8. The VAR Partner will use the “Bulk” pricing based on “Storage Sales” as listed below. The partner is free to sell at whatever price they want.  Most partners apply a 13 to 15% markup to their storage costs outlined in Attachment B. Titan Data will invoice the partner directly at the end of each calendar month.  “Backup Storage Sales” is defined as the total amount of compressed and de-duplicated storage being maintained on Titan Data’s primary server farm and backup appliance.
